You got to admit, that was pretty fun. In addition, those were actual photos of the Baobab Fruit – well done Limitless Good folks! All kidding aside, the article they mention from Natural Products Insider was very interesting. Here is the article. Yes, the fact that the Baobab Fruit is picked as one of the top SuperFruits for 2014 is nice, but I really felt the Bioavailability information was the most interesting.

The fact that the Baobab Fruit has a bioavailability of 220 is super and incredible. This puts the Baobab fruit in a whole different world when compared to things like Acai and Pomegranate. More than the raw antioxidants, fiber and nutrients, I would say this 220 bioavailability is what really makes the Baobab Fruit a superfruit or superfood.
